Restaurant
Today used as a restaurant and breakfast room, the historic sheep barn is ideal for hosting of all kinds event: weddings, parties, concerts etc. There is large room with stone walls faces south onto the garden. It is here that rich breakfast buffets are prepared. A large pergola projects into the garden, where light lunches and suppers are served, and where guests can relish our wine- and local fare tasting. We can accommodate up to 120 people seated indoors.

Swimming Pool
The 16 x 7 m swimming pool, immersed in green, affords unparalleled views across cultivated fields that change with the seasons’ colours. Into the distance you can admire the valley of San Francesco and the hills of Montefalco.

Conferences and meetings
The conference and meeting hall is designed to seat 80 guests and is equipped with the all the latest projection and video conferencing facilities. On request, art exhibitions are organized, which are staged according to an annual calendar for the “resident artists”.

Wellness & Spa
This modern space has fir wood and steel structures and glass panels, and is dedicated to the freehand gymnastics. On reservation, a modern sauna is available to our guests. You can also book Yoga and Pilates sessions and access the wellness and spa area, with dedicated massage and beauty treatments.

Living room and Honesty bar
The two lounges, one housed in the old mill, the other in the basement, provide relaxation and tranquillity. The old wine cellar, furnished like a winter garden, is home to our Honesty Bar, open 24 hours with its selection of wines, Gin, Rum and Whisky.
