Olive oil Tasting and Tour

At Villa della Genga we produce olive oil since 1620, in the last 10 years we experimented the production of singlevarieties.

The tasting takes you to a jorney through the 3 main varieties Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino and the way they are harvested and produced.

We offer also the chance to participate tours of the estate, the olive oil museum, the olive grove and the new oil mill.
